What to do on arrival:

On arrival please follow the signs for check in and reception area. Please take your belongings out of your car and go to our reception to check in and handover your keys and we will give you your vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed on your vehicle before it is moved to the main compound. A bus will then take you and your passengers to the terminals.

Directions to our car park:

From M 25

• From the M25 take the exit
• At junction 13, take the A30 exit to London (W)/Hounslow/Staines
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Staines Bypass/A30 heading to London (W)/Hounslow/Staines (About 2 mins)
• Continue straight to stay on Staines Bypass/A30 (Continue to follow A30 about 5 mins)
• At Clock house Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Hounslow/Staines
• Go pass 1  traffic light and your Destination will be on the left (About 40 yards on your left )
• TW14 8NP

From M 4

• From the M4 take the exit
• At junction 4B, exit toward M3/M23/Gatwick Airport/Heathrow Airport
• Merge onto M25
• At junction 14, take the A3113 exit to Heathrow Airport
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Airport Way/A3113
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Southern Perimeter Rd
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Beacon Rd
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Stanwell Rd
• Turn left onto Great South-West Rd/A30
• And your Destination will be on the left

From M 3

• From the M3 take the exit
• At junction 2, exit onto M25 toward M4/M1/Heathrow Airport
• At junction 13, take the A30 exit to London (W)/Hounslow/Staines
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Staines By-Pass/A30
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto London Rd/A30
• Continue to follow A30
• Go pass 1 traffic light and your Destination will be on the left (About 40 yards on your left )

What to do on return:

Full details of the returns procedure will be given on arrival at the car park. On return, when you have cleared customs call the number in your confirmation giving your name and booking reference number. Instructions will be given informing you of the meeting point and its location so you can return to the car park. At the car park your keys will be handed back to you on production of your vehicle return voucher. Your car will be waiting for you in the returns area.

Waiting time:

As long as arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 10 to 15 minutes.

Transfer service:

From 05:00 am to 11:30pm (Bus service on demand from 11:30pm to 05:00am) buses time table is available on request.

Disabled Facilities:

Disabled Friendly, The transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible.

Additional Notes:

• It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence.
• If you anticipate arriving earlier or late, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number given in your booking documents.
• If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.
• We are not accepting Trailers and motor homes in the car park.
